4 boneless chicken breast, halves
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1. Mix mayo, parmesan, and seasonings
2. Spread mixture over chicken and place in baking dish
3. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes
My mom has served this over rice.
(Make rice first, place in baking dish, put seasoned chicken on top, then bake)
I plan on serving this with wild rice and veggies on the side.
Um....yes! Sounds yummy. I will be making this tonight!!
